I simplified the USSD loan and investment user experience by designing clear, step-by-step flows for loan requests, cashback withdrawals, and investment management. The redesign reduced errors, improved navigation, and ensured users could easily view balances, redeem funds, or invest more — all within the constraints of USSD character limits.
