Overview

Carierath.com is an online platform aimed at helping users discover and advance their careers through curated resources, personalized guidance, and a supportive community. I was tasked with designing the entire user interface from scratch and implementing the design using Framer.

My Role

As the Product Designer and Framer Developer, I took full ownership of the UI/UX design, starting from ideation and wireframing to the final implementation. I used Framer to build and deploy an interactive, responsive website, ensuring an intuitive and smooth user experience.

Challenge

The platform needed a complete overhaul to improve usability and engagement. The challenge was to design a fresh, modern interface that would attract and retain users while making career resources easily accessible.

Approach

• Conducted user research to understand key user pain points and business goals.

• Designed the UI from scratch, starting with sketches, followed by wireframes and prototypes in Figma.

• Built and implemented the UI directly in Framer, ensuring responsiveness and seamless interactions.

• Developed a user-friendly navigation structure and created a personalized dashboard to streamline access to resources.

Outcome

The new design significantly improved user experience, resulting in a 30% increase in engagement and lower bounce rates. Users commended the clean, intuitive design and its ease of use, allowing them to focus on career development without distractions.
